ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES

I understand that the $50 trial-week fee, once submitted, is non-refundable but will be credited toward the “new student registration fee” if I enroll my child for regular classes at JAMS.

Please submit one form per child when enrolling multiple students.

I understand that my child must take the 2 classes in person at JAMS and within the same week. This offer doesn’t apply to online classes.

I understand that if my student misses a trial-week class, there will be no makeup classes or refunds.
